Abstract:
Secondary Ambulatory Care (AASE) is a subject rarely studied in the literature, but of great importance in strengthening PHC and structuring the Health Care Network. After the expansion of APS coverage in the eSF model, through CONVERTE APS, SESDF, the need to organize this level of attention throughout the Distrito Federal was identified. Thus, it has as a laboratory the experience of Health Care Planning experienced in one of its regions, in addition to any theoretical framework produced and systematized by CONASS in recent years, as well as positive experiences in other regions of Brazil and countries with public health systems.To this end, strategies such as diagnosis and organization of physical structures, creation of a regional managerial level for Secondary Care, staffing, development of legal framework to regulate the level of care, creation of technical milestones, regulation of medical consultations and not medical care in health regions and matricial practice as an education strategy, but also linking the levels of care.
