Abstract:

This essay discusses the care process of health professionals in the context of the Covid-19the perspectives of psychoanalysis, under the prism of Donald Winnicott\'s transitional space, and of collective health, under the prism of the practical wisdom of José Ricardo Ayres, the micropolitics of live work in action by Emmerson Merhy, and the prudent care by Ruben Mattos. It proposes the elaboration of a perspective of care that presents itself as a proposal for a possible re-signification of illness in the context of a pandemic, health was marked with senses of calamity and health catastrophe, and expressions of suffering and anguish, in the body and/or even subjectively. In this way, an understanding of the manifestation of care by health professionals, in the context of a pandemic, brought with narcissistic and heroic meanings, and with feelings of impotence and helplessness, contributes to the elaboration of a creative conception of care. It is concluded that the perspective of an expanded care favors the creative possibility of new productions of meaning and support for professionals, re-signifying their life experiences, through love, creativity, practical wisdom, prudent care, live work in act and the motor imaginary.
