1334/2012 - THERAPEUTIC ITINERARIES OF DRUG USERS IN A UNIT OF FAMILY HEATLH STRATEGY ITINERÁRIOS TERAPÊUTICOS DE USUÁRIOS DE MEDICAMENTOS EM UMA UNIDADE DE ESTRATÉGIA DE SAÚDE DA FAMÍLIA
Therapeutic itineraries represent the paths taken by individuals in an attempt to solve their health problems. The objective of this study was to analyze the path users when needs were not met in a prescriptive drug strategy belonging to the Family Health District Parthenon / Lomba do Pinheiro, the city of Porto Alegre. Starting from a database of users who have not had their needs fully met prescriptive, we performed the application of a questionnaire during home visits. Users interviewed were aged between 53 and 85 years in home visits. The results indicated that the lack of money, physical difficulty in walking, side effects, prescription not readable, lack of medicines in pharmacies district of the city, fear of drug effect, "bureaucracy" of services accessed are the main factors that hinder compliance with the therapeutic itinerary. When the drug is not available at the clinic, most users (60%) reported buying. With respect to the communication of the family health team in the orientation of flows that the user should gain access to the drug, 25% of respondents reported that the team did not provide necessary information about the alternate location for the acquisition of the drug that was missing. Consider the analysis of therapeutic measures in drug users is to think in rational use of medication, completeness, and intersectionality.

ITINERÁRIOS TERAPÊUTICOS DE USUÁRIOS DE MEDICAMENTOS EM UMA UNIDADE DE ESTRATÉGIA DE SAÚDE DA FAMÍLIA
Abstract(resumo):
Itinerários terapêuticos representam os caminhos percorridos por indivíduos na tentativa de solucionar seus problemas de saúde. O objetivo deste trabalho foi o de analisar o percurso de usuários, quando não foram atendidas as necessidades prescritivas de medicamentos em uma Unidade de Estratégia de Saúde da Família pertencente ao Distrito Partenon/Lomba do Pinheiro, no município de Porto Alegre, RS. Partindo-se de um cadastro de usuários que não tiveram suas necessidades prescritivas totalmente atendidas, efetuou-se a aplicação de um questionário em visita domiciliar. Foram entrevistados usuários com idade entre 53 e 85 anos em visitas domiciliares. Os resultados indicaram que a falta de recursos financeiros, dificuldade física de locomoção, efeitos colaterais, receita médica não legível, falta do medicamento nas Farmácias Distritais do município, receios relacionados a efeitos atribuídos ao medicamento, “burocracia” dos serviços acessados são os principais fatores que dificultam o cumprimento do itinerário terapêutico. Quando não disponível o medicamento na unidade de saúde, a maioria dos usuários (60%) referiu comprar. Com relação à comunicação da equipe de saúde da família na orientação dos fluxos que o usuário deveria acessar para adquirir o medicamento, 25% dos entrevistados referiram que a equipe não forneceu informações necessárias sobre o local alternativo para a aquisição do medicamento que estava faltando. Considerar a análise do itinerário terapêutico em usuários de medicamentos é pensar em uso racional do medicamento, integralidade, e intersetorialidade.
