Abstract:

The objective of this article is to evaluate trends survey by the National School Feeding Program (NSFP), available by examining regular Coordination of Improvement of Higher Education Personnel - CAPES, in the period 2008-2013. A literature research with the observation of the most relevant issues addressed, discussed the program will be shown by a qualitative analysis. 10 scientific articles related to the area were selected, and their choice was by reading the abstracts and research questions of the articles, as well as the search for the following keywords: public policy, family farming, food supply. Related to the NSFP and its impact studies were also considered, due to the connection with the activities carried out by the Public Policy. The paper presents the most analyzed and exploited on the subject during the period considered thematic. It is concluded that the main research trends are characterized by the study of strategies for food and nutrition security, analyzing the composition and acceptance of foods offered to students by the analysis of production, better living conditions and local development of rural producers.
