Abstract:
The comprehensive mental health care from primary health care is an inescapable law. The objective was exploring testimonials to patients with impairment mental about the attitude and clinical practice in primary health care health service. It is a qualitative case study with a hermeneutic. Findings, it is inferred a crisis by the lack of implementation of public policy that encourages meaningful learning based on their varying potential, related to the construction of subjectivities. It is required of a deep reflection of the change on of the meaning and sense of service and health care and mental impairment. About the re-signification of the human by all involved at the healthcare and we also need that the patient to understand the state of his mental health. Conclusions, it is requirement of comprehensive education training of students and mental health professionals with an attitude and holistic care of mental disorder in a timely manner with human quality. Linked to the pharmaceutical service in intersectoral team in pursuit of an alternative treatment that train the brain as producer of endogenous substances that strengthens the balance between mind-emotions and organic, by the individual and social welfare; and on the use of psychotropic agents, only when necessary.

Abstract(resumo):
Los cuidados de la salud y de la alteración mental, desde la atención primaria en salud, son un derecho ineludible. El objetivo fue indagar testimonios de usuarios de servicios de atención en salud sobre la actitud y práctica asistencial. Estudio cualitativo hermenéutico de casos. Hallazgos, se infiere la crisis relativa de la falta de aplicación de la política pública y de motivar aprendizajes significativos en función de su mayor o menor potencialidad, conexa a la construcción de subjetividades. Conclusiones, se requiere reflexión profunda de la mutación del significado y sentidos del servicio y cuidados a la salud y alteración mental, máxime la re-significación de lo humano y de lo psicoafectivo del paciente por los actores involucrados del servicio asistencial de forma holística sistemática. Unido al servicio farmacéutico en equipo intersectorial, en la búsqueda de un tratamiento alternativo cognitivo de entrenar el cerebro como productor de sustancias endógenas que fortalece el equilibrio entre la mente-emociones y lo orgánico, por el bienestar individual y social; y usar psicofármaco sólo cuando sea necesario.
