Abstract:

The text discusses the challenges for promoting the health of men who have sex with men (MSM) through data deriveda conversation wheel, with peopleinstitutions that provide services to MSM in the Metropolitan Region of Recife. The results made it possible to identify challenges for health promotion work, not only for MSM, but for gender-dissident people: difficulties with the use of identity categories; stigmatization for providing them with sexual health care; structural racism; context of deprivation of liberty; extreme poverty; literacy.
