Abstract:

It is an integrative literature review on the work processes of professionals Psychosocial Care Centers (CAPS ), reflecting on the practices of services , highlighting the social reintegration of users by meeting the biopsychosocial perspective. The bibliography raised aims to demonstrate how working processes are being developed by the professionals of CAPS , and its impact on the user of this service. A literature review was made in the databases Lilacs , SciELO and PubMed , in Portuguese , English and Spanish , with the product of 57 articles that were analyzed and organized in an Excel spreadsheet. This study showed deficiencies in the quantity and quality of physical resources, human and material, weakness of the mental health network, and identify dissonance in service users and their families, which leads to reduced quality in work processes. The most outcomes were guided host unique therapeutic project ; and the territorial as dissonance in the deinstitutionalization proposal. This work brings together experience and expertise professional knowledge spread throughout the country, with notes that guide the redirection of care practices.
