A questionnaire instrumented to collect data that were submitted to bivariate analysis with statistical significance calculation between associations. The results show that the offender child (83.2%) is associated with the male sex (RP = 1.08), as well as coercive practices at home (RP = 1.13) and having a family that encourages to hit back (RP = 1.17). The child victim (89.5%), with the family that encourages to hit back (RP = 1.05), and the participant in conflicts (93.6%), the family encourages to hit back (RP = 1.05) and age. The 10-year-old child has up to 3.0% more chance of participating in conflict situations.
